A Play by Natalie DiCristofano January 9th, 7:30 PM Black Rock Pub and Kitchen, Back Room 3614 North Damen Avenue  Chicago, IL 60618

Six citizens, mostly alike in dignity

(In fair Chicago where we play our scenes)

From ancient thoughts break to new societies

Where renegade art makes black jeans unclean

From forth the lonely loins of a trio

A pair of star-crossed lovers lament their life,

Whose accidental piteous encounters

Doth with their lack of love make strife...

It ain't bloody Shakespeare, but you might have a good time.

And remember-A Play is just a play.

Featuring: Jamie Bragg, Susan Myburgh, David Wesley Mitchell, Brittany Ellis, Dan Caffrey, Ashley Rose and Keith Neagle

Curious about our playwright? Here's a little bit about Natalie:

Natalie DiCristofano (Playwright) has been in Chicago proper for a solid five years now. During that time she has mostly appeared as an actress with such companies as Right Brain Project, side project, New Suit Theatre, Chicago Fusion Theatre (where she is a proud ensemble member) and she will be appearing in Wayward Productions' Richard III which opens in March 2013.

She drew her inspiration for "A Play" from the works of men like Neil LaBute who made her think "oh...well I can do better than that". She hopes you will laugh at least once and have to hide your tears as well.
