Straight for the Win! – Tympanic’s Casino Night a Huge Success!

A HUGE thank you to everyone who helped Tympanic “win big” with its second annual Casino Night Fundraiser on Friday, December 5th. The tables were hot, (as were the spiffily attired attendees) and the drinks flowed as people literally raked in the chips with their choice of Black Jack, Texas Hold’em (complete with fedora hat wearing dealer) Craps, Roulette, and of course, everyone’s favorite BINGO.

Get ready to place your bets! Casino Night’s Craps table is primed and ready to make you rich!

Our very own House Manager, Christopher Waldron- getting some liquid courage to go all in.

Co-Director of Events and Outreach, Ali Delianides give s a hand to a big B-I-N-G-O Win!

Literary Manager and shuffler extraordinaire, Chris Acevado, can hardly contain his excitement with our “full house” of packed tables. (We had to guys...We had to.)

It seemed like everyone was a winner with Kentalago Productions founder, Aaron Pagel, behind the Roulette Wheel with Co-Director of Outreach, Brenda Wlazlo, crossing her toes for good luck!

Top prizes for the night included a brunch for four at Chicago’s critically acclaimed restaurant, “Nico Osteria”, a free event bartending service package by the amazing Ambiente Chicago, and an incredible Pilates package from our generous friends at Mind Art Core Pilates Performance! We also gave away Koval Distillery Tour tickets, a headshot session by the extremely talented Sergio Soltaro, a gift certificate for editing and filming services by Kentalago Productions, a gift basket from our friends and Banging Gavel Brews and TONS of theatre tickets to some of Chicago’s top theatre companies (including Steppenwolf, Timeline, Waltzing Mechanics, the Ruckus, The Side Project, The Public House and of course US! )Lady Luck favored more than just a few people at the end of the night with several people winning more than one raffle; and to everyone else? Well- who isn’t a winner when you have a drink in hand and friends at your side, are we right?

A huge congrats to all of our “Big Winners” – well played guys.. no played really well! Chris Acevedo, along with Managing Director Paul E Martinez and Secretary Laura Turner Martinez, were overjoyed to give away the boat-load of prizes we had!

With Raffles in hand, Kelly Parker, grins to the gambling gods for a win!

To those who came and conquered the chips- again THANK YOU, and to those who couldn’t make it this time around- not to worry. Casino Night has truly proven a favorite and will be around for seasons to come helping everyone fulfill a little of their Ocean’s 11 fantasy and helping Tympanic get a head start on creating some truly monumental theatre in the future.
